Dairy Done Right — From Pasture to Your Door
Our dairy products start with something most stores can't offer: cows that actually live on grass. Our A2/A2 herd is 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised, and never given hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The difference shows up in every sip and every spread — richer flavor, creamier texture, and a nutritional profile that reflects how dairy was meant to be produced.

- A2/A2 Chocolate Milk — real cocoa, no artificial ingredients, 32 oz.
- Grass-Fed Butter — golden, high in CLA and omega-3s, 8 oz.
Why A2/A2?
A2/A2 milk comes from cows that naturally produce only the A2 beta-casein protein — the type found in human breast milk. Many people who experience discomfort with conventional dairy find A2/A2 much easier on their digestion. It's the same great dairy, just gentler.
What is VAT Pasteurization?
Unlike the high-heat methods used by most commercial dairies, VAT pasteurization heats milk slowly at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. This gentler process preserves more of the milk's natural enzymes, proteins, and flavor — resulting in a product that tastes closer to fresh and is easier on digestion than conventionally pasteurized milk.
All of our dairy is produced on our regenerative farm in Rome City, Indiana — small batch, farm direct, and as fresh as it gets.
